For reservations, our 109 Old Hope Rd location is open Mon - Friday, 9am - 5pm and Sat - 9am - 3pm. The Godfrey Dyer Blvd location is open for reservations every day, 8am - 5pm.

1. A valid credit card (a debit card may be used with prior management approval)
2. Two forms of government ID. If renting at an airport location, one (1) must be a passport.
3. At least one (1) qualified Authorized Driver minimum 23 years old with a valid driver’s license at least 2 years old.

Hertz Jamaica accepts all major credit cards. Debit card payments require advance management approval. Cash payments are not accepted.

You can easily return your rental by calling any Hertz Jamaica location OR by emailing reservations@hertzja.com. In most instances, your rate will remain the same for any days you add. If you choose not to advise Hertz Jamaica that you are keeping your car longer than agreed, a higher rate will be applied to any additional days. We are also required to report a vehicle stolen if a vehicle is more than 72 hours overdue without notice from the client.

You can return at any Hertz Jamaica location and we have no extra fees for returning at a different location than where you started your rental!

The car must be returned at or before the return time specified on your rental agreement. Late return fees may otherwise apply.

Yes, there is a charge for every hour after the return date and time specified on your rental agreement. Please contact the rental office for further information.

Please report any accident or breakdown to a Hertz office as soon as possible. Call or email reservations@hertzja.com if a minor accident has occurred outside of office hours.

If you need emergency assistance, call the number on your Hertz keychain.
